Arts Therapy Sessions

Michelle Smith (Pallawa) and Alisoun Neville are trained to provide arts therapy for healing in a safe place. Arts therapists use art and mental health skills.

We can offer 5-10 personal arts therapy sessions to support social-emotional wellbeing and self- care.

Where: In person or via Zoom (which might depend on where you live)

Cost: Free. Each person will get a small arts pack.

Places are limited so please contact us asap

You do not need to have art skills and we will support you with the activities. You can use visual art, clay, music, dance, creative writing, natural and found objects, sewing, etc.

I am an expressive arts therapist, born and raised on Wurrundjeri country, in a family of Irish descent. I worked in policy & advocacy at Djirra and VACCHO while qualifying for my Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice and am now strengthening my practice through study in Somatic Experiencing©. Crayons and Stuff is the name of my arts therapy practice, which includes my new studio in Milowl/Phillip Island. I believe in the power of our bodies and the creative arts for healing and draw on my own experience of this. I especially love painting, clay, and writing fiction.
